What was your experience like with the landlords/letting agents? (the good, the bad and the ugly!)
Condition of the house? (Any unwanted guests, mould, damp etc? Or is it a modern student mansion?)
An udder day, an udder dollar…- any illegal agency fee’s/cheeky extra payments students need to be aware of?
Useful insights you wish you had known….
Are the bedrooms all equal sizes?
Do they all they double beds?
Do all the showers/ toilets work?
Do you have to bring own appliances such as microwave, kettle etc?
Climate control- does the heating/ hot water work?
